Misako OBA’s artbook FAUSTUS and her original artworks have timeless messages for us as humans may experience loss in our life time- It is even possible to feel grateful and turns into something beautiful and hopeful. – ‘faustus’ means blessing in Latin. 

*The price list is available at the W83 gallery, New York City (during her semi-retrospective solo exhibition [In and Out of the Blue,] 2025) where some original artworks of FAUSTUS are included.  Or any inquiries can be sent to the artist via Contact. 

*The series and the book also complied her “self-portraits” including the hands, sceneries, and herself. The detail descriptions of the Self-portraits, TMAP #3 and #7 (photos below) can be found at her new website-Self portraits page. The portraits of hands (from FAUTSUS/Gift of Loss series) and portrait of blood coagulations (from Pactum series) are also considered as the extended self-portraits.
